Wermuth Asset Management is majority owned by its co-founders, Jochen Wermuth and Dieter Wermuth, who each own 49% of the firm.  The remaining 2% is held by our General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer Michael Choi.

Actual sharing of economics takes place at the Partner level and is designed to ensure long-term alignment with the interests of our co-investors.
