One of the architects of market economic reforms in Russia in the early 1990s. In the late 80s he was the economic advisor to the Government of the USSR and later on to the Government of the Russian Federation. Later Mr. Yasin headed the Economy Advisory Board to the President and in 1994-1997 was appointed the Minister of Economy. Nowadays Mr. Yasin is the head of Higher School of Economy and the member of the Public Chamber of Russian Federation.

A German diplomat and former German Ambassador to the UK and Russia. He served as the German Ambassador to NATO and was a permanent representative to the NATO council (1989 – 1993). He held various positions in the German Ministry of Foreign Affairs. At present, Dr. von Ploetz is the German representative of the NATO expert group to define a new NATO strategy.

Is currently the Director of Macroeconomic Research at the State University – Higher School of Economics (Moscow), serves as Member of the Board of Directors for “Aeroflot – Russian Airlines” and a Member of the Board at the Carnegie Moscow Center.  Previously he served as the Chairman and CEO of Merrill Lynch Russia (2006-2008), President and Member of the Board of Antanta Capital (2004-2006). From December 1995 to October 1998 he was First Deputy Chairman and Member of the Board of the Central Bank of Russia.  Prior to that he served as Deputy Minister of Finance from May 1993 to March 1995.

Sarah Caygill has over 25 years experience the investment and asset management industry. Ms Caygill commenced her career at Chase Manhattan Bank in 1984, and then became a senior equities analyst at BZW and Schroders in London.  In 1990 she joined Trygg-Hansa SPP to manage their European pension funds.  She later moved to JPMorgan Private Bank in Geneva and then to CIBC, where she managed both private client and institutional portfolios.  In 2000, she launched a European equity long/short hedge fund and subsequently a global fund of funds, which was the first institutional investor in Wermuth Asset Management’s Greater Europe Fund.  Ms Caygill  now serves as an investment adviser to several groups specialized in alternative asset management and private equity. Ms Caygill holds a Masters Degree in Modern Languages and Philosophy from Lincoln College, Oxford.  She is based in Geneva, Switzerland.
